Refund Policy

Before work begins

Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided your strategy session has not taken place and no build work has started.

After delivery starts

Once a session has been delivered or implementation work has begun, fees cover the time and deliverables already provided and are non-refundable. If a deliverable does not match what was scoped, we will correct it at no extra cost.

Monthly retainers

Retainers can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing month. Partial months are not pro-rated.

How to request a refund

Email hello@tyapiodigi.online with your PayPal transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
