By purchasing a package from Tyapiodigi you agree to these terms. Please read them before completing checkout.

Services

Deliverables are limited to those described on the package you purchase. Additional scope is quoted separately and agreed in writing.

Scheduling

Sessions must be booked within 60 days of purchase. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice; no-shows may be counted as delivered.

Client responsibilities

Timely access to accounts, data and decision-makers is required. Delays in access may extend delivery timelines.

Results disclaimer

We share benchmarks from previous engagements as examples, not guarantees. Outcomes depend on your processes, data quality and adoption.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package.
